UN Food Price Debate vraagt om 'true pricing' van voedsel
Vandaag, tijdens de eerste dag van de voorbereidende top van de UN Food System Summit die in september in New York wordt gehouden, organiseerde de TAPP Coalition een door de VN organisatie erkend online side event: the UN Food Price Debate. Sprekers gaven het belang aan voor beprijzing van ongezond en minder duurzaam voedsel (bijvoorbeeld suiker, vlees, ultrabewerkt voedsel), en het goedkoper maken van gezond voedsel zoals groenten en fruit.
